How can I change or cancel my order?

Support

Orders can only be modified or canceled within a short time frame after purchase. To request a change or cancellation, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order.

Once an order is processed and shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

    Here is the screenshot of the two payments. Why two ? When on the site I was supposed to be charged only 36€ why was I charged 73?

    I want to cancel the order and have a reimbursement of both payments. 36,65€ and 73,30€. By the way, why was I charged 73,30€ when on the site it was just 36,65€ ? 
    So I definitely want to cancel that order 2F3DE621D8.
